The Sisters In Christ ministry team at Reeds Baptist Church will be hosting the Beth Moore seminar entitled, "So Long, Insecurity". In her engaging, “speaking-right-to-you” style, Beth will once again bring a transforming message to women. The message is this: We don’t have to be slaves to our insecurities! We can conquer fear and doubt and discover the liberating confidence and security that is found in Christ!

The live simulcast/seminar will be broadcast to over 750 churches. It will take place April 24, 2010 from 10 am – 4 pm with doors opening at 8:30 am. The cost is $25.00 and includes lunch, snacks, drinks, handout materials and much more!

I will keep this as brief as possible.  Wives if you get this print it out and give it to your men.  This weekend we have a great opportunity for our families and for men. This weekend Dennis Swanberg will be at First Baptist Church welcome for a two day event.
Friday, THE MAN CODE Men's Conference begins at 7 PM at Welcome 1st Baptist Church, Welcome, NC on January 8-9.  Dr. Dennis Swanberg, America's Minister of Encouragement, will be the featured speaker for this two-day event.

Dear Church Family,

I hope this newsletter find you filled with hope.  I could have said joy, and peace but I chose hope.  Hope is such a wonderful thing!  When we have hope we believe that things are going to get better, that things will improve.  You see I believe that God has hope for you and your family this year.  Some people take the passing of a year as a routine thing, but I don't.  God has given us time and he even has specific times. Ecclesiastes tells us there are times to laugh, cry, dance, embrace, speak and be silent.  God uses times to accomplish his purposes.
